I politely asked again if I can pay and he took my card from the bar and shook his head at me. I politely asked if I can pay and Chris slammed the receipt on the bar and didn’t return for 15 minutes. I had my card ready to use and Chris took the other gentlemen’s cards before me despite asking before both. Since I am traveling for business I needed a printed receipt. The 2 gentlemen next to me both got printed receipts but I was directed towards the QR code. When I went to leave I asked if I could get a printed receipt. Chris never checked in to ask and I didn’t go out of my way to complain. I got my food and my fries were soggy and cold and my burger was also cold. 2 gentlemen sat next to me and got their food at the same time as me despite only being there for 10 minutes. I never said anything and gave the benefit of doubt that maybe they were busy. It all started when I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food. Honestly the worst service I have ever encountered. Now they can't be bothered to pick up the phone so that I can sort out the details of my refund for a service I did not receive but still paid for. I find it very unprofessional that if they knew there were scheduling problems they should have reached out in advance to us showing up and expecting a tour. I have now called about 7 times and no one has picked up the phone nor is there space on the answering machine to leave a message. He told us I could call to get a refund on the tour or we were offered a free beer. Then the day of the tour showed up and we went to the brewery early, the bartender informed my party that he was the only one there and they should have, but didn't, taken the tour date off the website as he could not give a tour and serve. I tried to call the day before to confirm the details and no one answered the phone, I called a couple of times but figured everything was fine. It was confirmed online and I paid upfront. I booked a tour about 2 weeks ago for 8 of us.
